Enspiral Ltd was founded in 2001 to offer people-centred organisational development.   We have a wide and deep span of expertise drawn from the fields of Business, Facilitation, Organisational Development, Project Management, Research, Change Management, Diversity and Management Consultancy.

Bella Mehta (Founder and Director)

Bella MehtaBella is an organisational consultant with solid experience in programme management and change management gained with Deloitte Consulting and BBC News.  She works with organisations to build employee engagement and improve management and leadership skills.   She works particularly in the private sector, and has facilitated conversations, teams, workshops, debates, events and research and communication programmes to advance thinking and action in these areas.   She has developed many practical programmes for managers and leaders to develop their vision, skills, behaviour and daily interactions in an upbeat and engaging way, with a clear eye on the business case for change. 

Her publications include “Make It Your Business” a handbook for businesswomen, voted “Best of Its Kind” by Management Today.  She has been invited to speak at many events, including the Conservative Conference 2008, and at the Labour Mayor’s Women in Business Conference in 2006.  Bella is a member of the CIPD’s Senior Diversity Network.

Brian Watts

Brian WattsBrian has been delivering professional development training for over 20 years.  His own expertise is in Group Facilitation, he helps businesses and people increase their efficiency by learning more about themselves, about others, and about team dynamics.  Brian believes that the key to good leadership is effective learning – a strand that you will find through all of his work.  Brian’s clients include Virgin Media, Metropolitan Police and Fairbridge.

Carol Daniels

Carol DanielsCarol is a Diversity and Inclusion practitioner and co-designer and co-facilitator of the Gender Sensitive Management programme.  She was a licensed Springboard Trainer (international women’s development programme) since 1991 delivering workshops in both the private and public sectors. Carol holds an MSc in Change Management (University of Surrey) and is currently writing her PhD thesis on relational leadership in organizations (University of Bath). 

Carol Goodsman

Carol GoodsmanCarol is an image and personal branding specialist, keynote speaker and trainer.  Her belief is that people make companies and a company is only as good as the image, motivation and skills of its workforce.  She has a strong background in corporate sales, and often coaches and inspires global sales teams to improve awareness and results. Carol is qualified in MBTI, FIRO-B, NLP and SDI.

Colin Heyman

Colin HeymanColin Heyman is a facilitator, coach, consultant and trainer highly skilled at facilitating change. He specialises in working with people on their leadership style and in improving organisations’ practice of equality and diversity.  He has worked with large organisations, such as BT and the NHS as well as private sector SMEs and VSOs. Recent projects include an action learning programme for senior public service staff across Wales, the Maine-stream Learning to Lead programme, and working with local authorities and MIND UK on equality and diversity.

Jenny Cook

Jenny CookJenny is a Management Consultant with particular expertise in coaching for individuals and leadership teams.  Recent projects include planning and delivering an action learning programme for all senior public service staff across Wales, facilitating change management and leadership in the Department of Works and Pensions.  In addition, Jenny is regularly coaching at Director level in Industry, the NHS, and the Voluntary sector. Her work is underpinned by diagnostic evaluations, particularly in the form of appreciative enquiry, and action learning.

Jonathan Heath

Jonathan HeathJonathan has been the learning & development manager and then internal consultant to senior managers at one of this country’s largest employers. Specialising now for over twenty years in equality and diversity he has also developed and facilitated management development programmes and established a thriving coaching practice. His thoughtful style uses interactive and experiential processes to explain deep and complex issues in a clear and easy to understand way

Wynn Rees

Wynn ReesWynn Rees is a group facilitator and executive coach. He is fluent in Welsh, and has a background at senior level in a Local Authority. His work is based on twenty five years of management and personal development through HR in the public sector.  Wynn’s diverse facilitation skills have been applied by people who lead functions as varied as School Management Teams to Banking specialists.  He holds MCIPD, and is an experienced Myers Briggs Practitioner.  He is President of the British Association of Psychological Type.
