We all need well-developed emotional intelligence skills to live our lives to the full, and to make the best of challenge and change at work. Fortunately, learning these skills does not mean a whole new set of courses, books or heavy therapy. Coaching can provide a means to learn new skills, make decisions and changes, improve relationships and explore your personality, goals, ideas and dreams.

We have a lot of knowledge of ourselves inherently, and accessing it sometimes means just stopping long enough to look inside, listen to our selves, and hear the message.

Listening, reflection and feedback from others, as well as theories and models, can help us gain insights into our behaviour, and to illuminate others' behaviour towards us. No-one theory or coach is "right" but they can be seen as the maps and guides that help us navigate and explore our own world and potential.
