Established Business Package:
This coaching package is essential support for business/social
enterprise owners who have been up and running for a year or two,
and have first-hand experience of the pleasures and pitfalls of
self-employment. Businesses at this stage often experience
work overload and/or the "success-is-just-round-the-corner" syndrome.
This package helps you focus and develop coping mechanisms ... to
walk up to that corner, turn it, and carry on towards your goals.
The package of 8-sessions leads you through:
 |
- A quick check of your progress to
date against the Big Vision (changed?) and Big Plan (on
track?)
- 3C Review - Cashflow, Customers,
Contracts
- SWOT analysis - Strengths,
Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats
- Revenue Generation -
focusing on the things that make money
- Getting things done - systems,
processes and time management
- Deciding what not to do
- Managing stress - developing
healthy coping mechanisms
- Work in Progress - start and
complete development projects
- Business image review - you,
website, marketing material
- The big picture (your life context, ambitions,
